We're were quite happy with this choice.

Very good location. Very comfortable rooms. Quite a dedicated and accommodating staff. We were there when this recent war started, and the hotel manager was always concerned and dedicated to provide us with whatever information and support we needed.

The safe didn't work, but it's not a major thing.

Maybe good for Youth?

The room had a comfortable bed and an adequate bathroom with shower. There was a safe, small fridge, nice wine glasses and a corkscrew. Management was accommodating.

The area looked unsafe. The stairs are not easy with even small luggage. The towels were stained and dingy. The area and hallway were very noisy well into the early morning. Arriving on a late flight, I was unable to check for details concerning late check-in until I arrived at the property. I then had patchy internet service, so struggled a bit with self check-in.

location perfect for exploring Israel 15 min walk to the train and bus station 30 min to the beach calm cleanliness comfort perfect place for people who want to see Tel Aviv and the surrounding area

Self check-in. Balcony with seats. Public transportation, local shops and 24/7 supermarket is really close to this place. Fine bed and linen.

Small room. Balcony door doesn't lock. Non-soundproof door into the room. Bad looking and dirty roof terrace. Not the best area in TLV (many of homeless people outside)
