The JW Marriott Orlando Grande Lakes is a lovely property with beautiful outdoor spaces and well-appointed rooms. The newly renovated pool area is fabulous and the dinner from Whisper Creek Farm is s (Read More)pectacular. The hotel has a well-equipped gym and walking trails. However, traffic can be bad in the area, so planning ahead is recommended. The lobby, public spaces, and lobby bar are all enjoyable, with friendly staff enhancing the experience. The Primo restaurant is fantastic, and the hotel also offers access to amenities at the connected Ritz Carlton. The hotel is clean, beds are comfortable, and there is plenty to do for families, including pools, water slides, and a lazy river. The staff is amazing and goes above and beyond to provide great service. The rooms are spacious with a massive TV and great lighting. Overall, guests had a wonderful experience and highly recommend the hotel.

so disappointing

our room was poor and would have liked an option to upgrade but was never given the option our room smelt of damp and had obviously had some kind of leak or flood who wants to keep complaining when they turn up to a hotel. it was obvious you were not full at all and yet you chose to put us in that room even tho it smelt so bad especially giving us that room for xmas we have been to your hotel for the last 4 years so very disappointing that you would choose to give us that room

I would have thought a five star hotel would leave a Christmas card or something on Christmas Day , or perhaps a tiny box of chocolates seems odd , for a an expensive hotel

Staff that sent me an email saying that my payment didn't go throw and that I needed to leave the convention I was at to solve the issue. By the time I arrived at the desk they said everything was fine.

Bed was comfy and clean. The location was nice. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

The room I took was at the very end of the corridor although Im a member with Marriott Bonvoy and I travel a lot. The toilet wasnt clean, I found female hair all over the toilet and in the bath, even on my pillows in bed.

We enjoyed our stay.

Room was very clean with comfortable bed. Staff was friendly especially the gentleman that brought up our bags. Checking in was quick and late checkout was provided to accommodate a 1pm lunch reservation. We also enjoyed a fantastic dinner at Knife and Spoon. Overall it was a great stay.

Good but expensive

Has gotten way overpriced. Pina coladas with a floater cost $30. Valet is $55. The food was just average and expensive. Took away the sushi, that was the most disappointing.

Room service took my lock to my travel bags said that they did not take it. I just unlocked the bag

First of all, you took your snacks and drinks out of the rooms for after hours I came in from a meeting at midnight and could not order room service. You didnt have snacks in the refrigerator or even a soda pop nothing I had to wait to order food I did not eat that evening and had to wait until 8 oclock the next morning this is horrible. Ive never paid this much money for a room and not had great service, I stay at the intercontinental hotel all over the world. I have never had issues like this. Youre trying to charge this much money without having your bar in the room for the additional snacks that are paid for by the client or sodas.
