Very good

I loved the the place and the hotel for a short stay. Although there was maintenance in the hotel but still I value the extra service given to help specially from the duty manager on check in.

I would love to know about the maintenance before checkin but still it was not a major concern

Really bad experience would never stay there again

Good rooms but average lobby and great location

Staff were inexperienced and mostly rude , not even basic customer service skills. We asked for an extra bed we were told to come to the reception at 1 am to pay upfront for them to bring the extra bed and that they cant charge it to the room like any normal hotel on the planet Also staff were very rude to us and they didnt care when I threatened to leave the hotel Another thing am still amazed at is therere many shops but not a single cafe to have coffee at the lobby .
