Great Value of Money for an Amazing Exceptional Hotel.

Such an amazing hotel. Great location, very friendly staff. Dining Buffets are full of variety of delicious items. Spacious well-decorated room (Amwaj). I loved the room being equipped with a special steam room and Jacuzzi. Special thanks to our butler (Saleh), our dining host (Jetou) and the decent smart concierge (Somaya). Was such a great experience hope I`ll repeat it very soon. I do recommend this hotel for all Jeddah visitors.

Rooms facing the red sea are amazing. I was very impressed by the kindness and helpfulness of the front desk staff and our battler. They all went out of their way to accommodate our requests and make us feel at home. Very comfortable and spacious suits.

A comfy bed, friendly of the staff, the nice view of the sea view and my kids love the kids club in 1st floor they are nice with them and so friendly, the good thing they gave me extra bed for free and that so generous from the hotel. and the assistant of my room in the hotel (Gopal) brought me a plate of sweet with greeting card really from this edifice I send you my regards and thanks Gopal.

Breakfast was under the expectation and not rate it as a 5 stars, I think they have to innovate the new menu, for example: eggs umlet & yogurt had not good taste & staff in breakfast hall Another thing coffee machine is hard to control to make a coffee in my room, I lost many capsules for that.

it was great place and so relaxing

The room was terrific, and the food was good. The breakfast was nice, and the quality was excellent. The wifi is also nice and fast, and we never had an issue.

The only concern we had is the restaurant staff were slow in their service and had almost zero smiles, and sometimes you have to call them 3-4 times to get your coffee, for example.
