Brilliant!

Wonderful, clean, comfortable room. The Mountain View was magnificent. Our host served us amazingly delicious Sri Lankan breakfast everyday which sustained us until dinner. I would recommend Jayes Homestay for a relaxing time here in Kandy. Its only a short trip to the centre therefore the homestay is very conveniently located.

The entrance had a steep slope and it can be quite difficult walking if you have heavy bags or heels!!

Amazing stay at a great location

We had a wonderful stay at Jayes Homestay. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious (even adjusted to our allergy requirements) and the terrace outside was very nice. The location was also great, it was from walking distance to the train station and city center but still very peaceful. The host helped us with any questions we had and made us feel very welcome. Definitely recommend this place - also very backpacker friendly.

Cant think of any downside.

Great stay in Kandy

Great view and a delicious breakfast. The room was quite spacious. Jaye was an excellent host and made us feel at home.

The bathroom could use a renovation. Shower pressure isn't great (and when you increase it, the water isn't hot).

Averyclean and nice place to stay in Kandy!

A very nice and clean place, a super friendly and helpful staff, an amazing breakfast. I definitely recommend it. It is within walking distance to the Buddha's Tooth Temple, but the way to there is not interesting.
