Jareed Hotel Riyadh

The hotel looks nice, but dont be fooled by the amenities. It is one of the worst managed hotels in all of Riyadh and you should be careful stay in here and the warned - there is no management on site and you will experience multiple issues with maintenance, including the smell of sewage, broken ACs, and no hot water. If you stay at this hotel understand that they will steal your money. They will not be able to refund for their terrible service and they often change the terms when they try to compensate you for a little to nothing. I sent multiple emails at least 20 text messages with the staff, all of whom are totally incompetent and in particular, the front office manager, and the head of rooms who doesnt show up to work or respond to emails. When I made complaints about this, they would not allow me to speak with the general manager, and continue to withhold my money.

Subject: Formal Complaint Against Jareed Hotel I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent stay at the Jareed Hotel in Riyadh. My experience dealing with this hotel has been nothing short of extremely disappointing, and I feel compelled to bring the following issues to your attention. During my five-day stay at your hotel, I was required to switch rooms three times due to various issues that severely affected the quality of my stay. Two of the rooms I was assigned had significant water-related problems, which forced me to relocate within the hotel. Furthermore, in one of the rooms, the air conditioning was malfunctioning, resulting in an uncomfortable night's sleep with a room temperature of 25 degrees Celsius. This is not the first time I have encountered issues during my stays at the Jareed Hotel. In a prior visit in June, I had to change rooms because the original room I was assigned had a foul odor resembling sewage, which the hotel's engineers were unable to rectify. Throughout my stay, I encountered a series of inconveniences, which included a lack of hot water in the shower, while other areas of the hotel, such as the Spa, did not seem to face this issue. It is evident that there is a problem with the water heater in my room. Or that the Hotel is cutting costs I made several requests for the hotel management to contact me or meet with me to address these issues. Unfortunately, none of my requests were acted upon. Instead, I had to make multiple calls, interact with engineers daily, change rooms three times, and persistently pursue contact with the management. At no point during my stay did the hotel offer an effective solution or apologize for the inconvenience I experienced. The response I received seemed to imply that such issues were commonplace throughout the hotel, which, to me, signifies a failure in the hotel's maintenance and management.
