Good price

Dirty toilet , unclean room, no slippers, very poor facilities. Less choice of breakfast, unclean plates and utensils. Very disappointed

Its a great hotel!! The rooms are spacious and clean, we had a balcony, its very modern and taken care of. Pool and rooftop bar are so nice, location is good too. Not as central but you can have a much more authentic Chiang Mai experience its not that touristy and still a lot going on:)

Quirky and different

Trendy and quirky. Loved the motivational touches and the hip design. Great pool and cool roof top bar. We enjoyed the relaxed and accommodating staff. Breakfast was good.

A guest shouting at about 2 or 3 am in the morning even there are signs around the hotel requesting that this does not happen. Sound does echo in the industrial-designed hotel. This was obviously not the hotel's fault.

Great hotel

Beautiful hotel with great vibe, clean and comfortable beds. Amazing BBQ restaurants right outside where you can eat for 250bhat.

Room smelled of mould. Hotel laundry service is confusing, you are probably better off doing it outside, they charged me almost 200bhat for express service and it wasnt express! Coffee shop in the hotel doesnt accept cards, very annoying. The web says they offer cake & fruit all day for the guests but all I saw was watermelon, definately no cake

Location ok, 15 min walk from the city center wall.

The hotel looks better in photos-in real life, I would say it is like a good hostel type of accomodation. No coffee at breakfast, just instant coffee which has been a huge dissapointment. They have a cafe inside the hotel where you can buy decent cappuccino (nice marketing strategy). Breakfast was really poor and for those who do not eat savory, there is not much to choose (just milk, corn cereals and watermelon). The pool is full of leaves and not appealing for a bath. I think it would have helped a lot to have real reviews & thoughts for this hotel.

Spacious rooms but unfriendly staff

We liked the size of that room for our family and that there was a dining room to eat takeout. After long days we were exhausted and happy to have the extra space.

The staff wasnt very friendly or helpful. The breakfast was just ok. The location wasnt great.
