Very good

Nice hotel in good location, excellent for both the leisure as business traveller

Excellent size room, in a well located location. Close to the convention center as well as the airport. A little bit further from the old center. Great breakfast buffet and wonderful and helpful staff.

The breakfast time slots were a bit of a surprise but not a problem and actually probably is for the better.

Very good

it was a big surprise, when the staff didn`t propose any option due to system breakdown, even to store my luggage, no one option. I had a long trip 24 hours and really was very tired and after my explanation i didn`t receive any option. My colleagues who had already room in your hotel picked up my bags and at night I have received a room.

Good hotel that keep up to the reputation.

Staffs were very friendly, informative and very well English speaking. The room is cleaned and the air conditioned worked very well. The bed is really comfortable and I had good night sleeps.

The bathroom was not well kept. I was hoping for more water pressure from the shower. A little with the toilet flush push panel that had to be pulled up to stop the water from continuously running. Smoking area at the front entrance sets a negative location because the cigarette's smoke is disturbing those who pass in/out and you can smell the smoke from the foyer.

Never disappoints.

Luckily, for us, we have had the opportunity to stay here on numerous occasions and it never disappoints. Warm welcome and smiles from the reception team. Lovely room on the 12th floor. Very comfy and always enjoy the toiletries. Nice too that we had port & chocolates as a welcome. Chosen time slot for breakfast is a big improvement on wait times during the busy service. Delicious breakfast buffet, constantly replenished and staff very attentive and polite. We shall return as often as we can.

-Stuff very rude and not helpful. -1st bottle of water in your room free, rest of day you have to pay! -Asked for a plug, 1st they say not our job then they asked me to bring the device to reception and they will decide what I need! -No ventilation in the bathroom. -Bed not comfobrtable. -Rooms are very old and have a small -Elevators were shut down, they assume that they put a paper next to it rather then putting a one on each room!! -They dont refuel the room with the regular stuff unless you asked! ( trying to save money)

Exceptional attention to detail

Stunning attention to details, so many nice toiletries packed in reusable packaging, candy and a small bottle of Port as a welcome gift, and the room I stayed in even had a stationary bike inside. My only regret is that I have a very early flight and couldnt enjoy breakfast, but the receptionist was super nice and arranged for a breakfast box.

Absolutely nothing. Compared to similarly priced properties in other European capitals, this one is on the upper side quality-wise.

Convenient location. Walking distance to the metro station of Oriente, a bus station of many lines such as 728 which leads straight to the downtown and tourist spots, a big shopping mall, the aquarium and the pavilion. Considerate service. Provided detailed information when we asked our way to somewhere. Prepared sweet gifts for my colleague who was on her birthday. Nice food at the breakfast. Most importantly, AMAZING STAFFS. Especially those who work at the reception! I lost my baggage at the airport on my first day in Lisbon. The staffs at the reception helped me to contact the lost&found and other concerned department of the airport, and also gave me many useful information and suggestion. Luckily I got my baggage back at the airport on the day I left Lisbon. But even if I didn't, I'm sure those kind staffs would contact me and help to send my baggage back once they received it from the airport. Thank you guys so much for your help!
