Good value for money and would definitely choose that hotel again.

Very clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast was very good and the staff was very professional and friendly. Is located very near a Metro station with the yellow and red line passing from there.

Beautiful stay, would recommend to anyone!

The location was perfect for our stay, close to the metro however within walking distance to most places if preferred! The staff were lovely, and the hotel was beautiful. We absolutely loved the big patio style doors/windows in our room! Room was cleaned every day and we were able to leave our luggage in a hold room for the day after checkout which was a bonus! Very affordable, would definitely return.

The bed was a little hard, however the size of it and the lovely pillows definitely made up for it. There was also a downpour on our last night which meant there was a continuous loud drip, possibly from gutter as was on the top floor?

Well located. Could use extra care.

The location is great and the price is very acceptable.

A lamp right outside of the window, lit all night and poor blind sheets does allow a good night sleep. The pillows were literally shredded and falling apart; holes in the wall and hair on the toilet floor. Zero soundproofing. Cleaning staff enter the room without knocking or just after knocking which is kot only inappropriate but disrespectful.

Exceptional

An overall excellent stay.

Reception staff were very helpful and Antonio on Restraurant/Bar was very attentive and friendly . Waiters and kitchen staff were all very attentive and helpful. Housekeeping were good, towels changed every day and beds made up and changed. Overall it was an excellent visit and if returning to Lisbon this would be my go to Hotel.
