Room, location, breakfast

The hotel representatives were supposed to refund the money for 1 night, but they do not communicate for a long time, as a result of which Booking.com cannot refund me

Class hotel and with staff and facilities to match any 5*

Firstly we did not end up staying at inside by melia because they closed for the season and the melia group contacted me to advise that we would be now staying at their other hotel which was only 2-3min away called Calvia Beach Hotel. What a fantastic hotel. Maybe we loved it more because it was approaching the end of the season and the loud rowdy bunches were not there. The hotel was fabulous. From the moment you walk into the lobby you knew you were at a very stylish hotel. The room was amazing and had the most incredible uninterrupted views of the bay. Sunrise was priceless and the hotel was of a super high standard. Attention to detail was 5* and the staff were all incredible. Hotel breakfast was amazing and the seating area was fabulous. The pool was amazing although I wish it was heated. A bit too cold to enjoy the way you would in the summer months. But then I dont think I would stay in that area in the summer due to the reputation of the area being the party capital of the island and having to navigate around the thousands of British holidaymakers most of who would have come there with only one intention, to party like its 1999. Not my thing. So I am commenting on the hotel and location based on the time of year I was there and how pleasant and relaxed it was being it wasnt so busy like during peak months. Nevertheless this hotel was perfect in every way. Highly recommend this calvia beach hotel.

Nice pool, close to the beach, friendy staff

Very nice hotel, facilities look like new, friendly staff, good breakfast with variety of choice on the buffet, minibar included in the room price. Very nice pool area with interesting glass pool floor on the top floor. We got room with good seaview, 5 min walking to the beach.

Room was a bit small and the lift is very slow. On last day our plane was too early to eat proper breakfast so we got the 'quick' breakfast which was really poor (toast bread sandwich with cheese, peach, plum and a cupcake), especially in comparison to the proper breakfast paid in the price, it would have been better offer a drink instead than offering this kind of breakfast.

Don't skip breakfast

A+ The breakfast and the service was great. Every morning they gave us a good send off. The team was fantastic. I had lots of questions and I got very good advice and help from reception. It helped us enjoy the whole week.

Keep in mind the staff everywhere else was excellent... Unfortunately, the poolside service was poor. I was told to sit down and wait for a server. So I did. I waited and waited and waited and then I asked if I could have a beer while waiting for someone to take my order. Then I waited and waited and had to ask again "how long is it going to take for someone to take my order." I finally got my order but no apology.

A great stay!! We stopped in Mallorca for 4 nights on our honeymoon around Europe.. this hotel was so clean and in a great location!!! Surrounded by so many shops, restaurants and nightlife.. highly recommend!!!
