Excellent accommodation, great location, wonderful breakfast

The owners were welcoming and friendly. Location was excellent for exploring the local area and visiting Chatsworth. The accommodation was warm, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We had a very nice room. The breakfast was excellent.

Pauline and Trevor were very friendly and welcoming. It was very cosy and homely, with a comfy bed. Nothing was too much trouble from making up a flask and packed lunches to take out on our walks to providing extra tea and coffee. Lots of choice for breakfast in a lovely bright dining area. The surroundings were peaceful and stunning to look at. Lots of local places of interest to visit. We could come and go as we pleased, which was great! The Miners Arms Pub, which we booked for our evening meals was fantastic. Proper home cooked meals, decent prices and lovely staff.

The location was great, the accommodation was very clean. Plenty and of leaflets in the room and information about the surrounding area.

The bed was uncomfortable, bed felt worn out.

The accommodation amazing and the hoste were brilliant nothing was to much a trouble perfect stay

Very pleasant and helpful owners. Just a one-night stay after visiting Chatsworth Xmas Market.

Wide choice of breakfast items, and all well presented and cooked to perfection. Room comfortable with nice views, and bed also comfortable.

Bathroom not en-suite. Pillows soft.

One of the very best !

Wonderful accommodation. Comfortable, clean, great atmosphere, beautiful location. Very good value for money. Excellent choice of breakfast...which was delicious. The owners are very friendly and helpful and a pleasure to engage with. I stayed for 2 nights and it was a very enjoyable experience. The attention to detail was spot on. Beautiful interior spotlessly clean, warm and welcoming. I cannot praise the owners enough. Thank you for a great stay
