It was not what I was expecting :/

It was in a great location, right in downtown Sacramento where you could walk to plenty of places and the area where all the rooms were was super cute/ cozy and I loved they have a setup of Starbucks coffee. Also it has its own parking garage which was sooo convenient since there's barely any parking around there.

It was WAY smaller than what I was expecting and for the cost I paid quite a bit and even the room wasn't very roomy!

Exceptional

We walked a lot and went to the concert at discovery park. Nice area for large city. Very close from car to room. Every staff member was quick to say hello at ALL hours.

From rural, open space people, we had a tight parking spot and it wasn't guaranteed throughout our stay so that's why we walked the entire visit.

The room was very nice and spotless. The staff is very helpful and personable. The location was great, several restaurants, bars, and breweries within walking distance. Great coffeeshops too within blocks. We didnt use the car during our stay at all. The room offered anything you might need down to a little shoe polish package. Keurig coffee machine but also coffee available in the cafe space atrium including half and half. The fridge was very nice size and quiet. There were also several lights in the room which were easy to turn on and off. Bed was very comfortable and pillows were different sizes and good quality. Our room was not impacted by traffic noise at all.

The shower head could use a replacement. The A/C unit is a little noisy even on the low setting unless you like to have a little white noise. As the windows can be opened we let the night air do the cooling.

Comfortable and Good Location

Nicely maintained property. We arrived early enough for a good park stall; easy access with luggage cart for elevator. Very nice staff and an excellent location for our visit. Great (Starbucks) coffee bar to start the day! Will use in the future.

Could hear early rising guests in the rooms above and lots of doors slamming in the morning.
