Love this place! The receptionist in charge was so friendly, room was spacious comfortable and clean. And the best part is, the location! Just a few footsteps away from waterfront! Will come again for sure

Excellent & tip top service + the staff is friendly enough to welcome you

Imperial Riverbank Hotel Kuching provide good facilities and easy access to walk down to town / waterfront with plenty of foods and shopping in the area around. The room is spacious with good angle of Kuching City Centre. For breakfast, perhaps this hotel can provide more varieties of Western food + Local Food (Some are malays + Chinese + Indian food). Honestly as a traveler we prefer to eat outside so that we can taste the food of Sarawak at the local stalls/restaurant. So far excellent service, the location is absolutely good and recommended to others/travelers.

I didnt like the parking space because the parking space is too narrow and have to be careful to park at the basement. So far that is not a problem for me to drive and park as long as the security is tip top, i still can accept in different place/background. Thats not a major issue to me. :-)

Rather not making the needs despite the rate

The location is strategic, seem that the hotel only meet marketing service provider, despite early n advance booking. Well below expectation. That was the last stay ever.

No allocated parking lot as I was up all night looking for suitable parking, finally end up in RM 7 per entry. Thus make more disadvantages
