Superb

A delightful mini break between Christmas and New Year, even the weather couldn't spoil it.

The whole experience was lovely. From the warm welcome from the reception staff. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was hot and tasty. The bar, restaurant and reception area were all beautifully decorated for Christmas.

Great hotel just too warm

Location great rooms large clean ,swimming pool sauna steam room great

Heating on way to high , can't sleep its so hot , literally sweating constantly , turned radiator off in room still way to hot had to sleep with window open, good for pensioners but too hot for us younger folks

Very good

Nice stay

Then view was beautiful and the beds are very comfortable, breakfast was nice and came very quick.

Swimming area there was no where to dry, plus having to walk down in an extra small robe wasnt the best idea.

Not like dirty on floor is carpet need wash flesh the shampoo need flesh ground all room From 312 Room.. And windows up down slow down need repair string strew Safly keep.strong well. Bad manner cos when this morning I was awake up at time after breakfast finish when im.lift walk around to door 312 I'm not expecting whomis get clean rooms I'm not happy her was unble carry on she is open door in go to rounds change new all room cos she not listen me about door leave touch door open I was pick don't touch leave door closed . Cos I'm will be leave soon at home. Next time tell you.manger about she is work clean door open the chambernaid clean room don't touch me by door is 312 room Last this Thursday at 11.30 am leave it. Cos she was mistake irgronre to be from door was closed she is bad manner touch open door us.. I'm not happy Please tell yo top mangers about who.isvworked chambersmaid.. Miss christie
