It was excellent

Excellent location very close to the bus station To the city centre, shops and restaurants. The staff are nice and friendly. Room service is very good. Easy to get a taxis. Big thanks to all the staff .

Post Christmas break in Nottingham

Excellent location, very close to city centre. Spacious room. Good choice for breakfast (except no fried egg)

Cheap, clean, friendly staff, right in the centre of Nottingham, good parking and a bar on the ground floor

Room looked a little tired and needs a little renovation but for the price I can't really complain too much.

My Xmas stay at Ibis Nottingham ( Dec23-28)

Clean rooms comfortable bed shower was excellent tea and coffee provided in my room tv was in good working order

II was refused service at the hotel bar Xmas evening (Dec 25) as i asked for beveradges only to be told cash payment wasn't acceptable and i was unable to provide card payment.

Enjoyed my stay due to cleanliness, space and peaceful nights sleep.

Breakfast was great and more than enough variation available.

The toaster seemed a bit slow , but maybe I hadn't realised how to operate.

As above but keycards should not be part of it. I will make friends aware.

Location and room standards.

12 breakfasts excessive . Should be token 5 and Ibis carrying any excess. MAIN COMPLAINT WAS KEYCARDS. I had to go to reception 3 times in two days because magnetic strip too sensitive. Ibis should issue plastic covers for protection. or provide a better system. I had no problems at Sheffield Ibis , St Mary's,
