Nice hotel close to the river and old Town in Chang Mai. Generally the hotel was great but it needed some upgrade and renovation. The part where we stayed had carpets on the floor which was not very clean and could be a challange if you have som kind of allergy.

The cleaness in the hotel and room. Need some upgrade and renovation.

Great vibe, location, price and great staff! I will be back

I really liked this hotel, it was a small boutique hotel with 15 rooms. The view of the Ping river was lovely on the deck. The staff were all great. Shout out to Jack (front desk) and Lucky (resident cat) for making our stay extra special. Nice little pool, very clean. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable. The location was great, there was a fantastic supermarket across the road along with massage, 7/11, tuk tuks all within 100 metres of each other. Located not far from the Iron bridge, it was a short walk into the old city. The breakfast was basic but could always find something I liked, the next door cafe/restaurant had the best coffee! This was a huge plus as the hotels coffee machine wasnt great. I would definitely stay there again. Thanks I-river Chiang Mai!

Awesome, very looked after, looking forward to coming back

Location was great, short walk into town, but away from the hustle and bustle. 1 minute walk to the best coffee shop/restaurant and 1 min walk to a good supermarket. The pool was also amazing, a great way to cool off, without being to cold, could have stayed in there all day. Very looked after by the staff

Peaceful Hideaway

The hotel is secluded and peaceful right by the river. But it is close enough to walk to the main night market area across the Iron Bridge. In addition to 24 hour coffee and bottled water availability and western breakfast, a local dish is always provided - nice touch. Bathrooms are exceptional. Security is good. There are also local restaurants and the Rimping Supermarket close by. The pool looks inviting.

Most rooms do not have a window. There is no proper working space in the room for a laptop. Although coffee is available, I miss not having a kettle. The pool is open from 9 am. It is a little too late for me since by 9am I am at the office.
