Great hotel, close to the beach, restaurants and shops.

Great location, nice spacious room, comfortable bed and pillows, fast elevators!

Noise from doors slamming. The door closer mechanisms are powerful and tend to abruptly close hotel room doors. It would be a nice idea to inform guests of this issue and ask them to try to keep their door from slamming shut, especially during late evening and early morning hours.

Good location, nice view from some rooms, nice staff

View, activity for children what were organised by the hotel staff, kindness of the staff, washing machine in each floor

The design of the common area, small jacuzzi, playing room was really poor, very basic kitchen utilities

Great time, but no reason to gouge for parking.

Location

Parking way too expensive. Front desk seemed like they were told not to help answer questions about other places to park.

Room was very large and clean. Good amenities! Great location and the Shor restaurant is outstanding. Bathroom was very spacious. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable, we all had back and neck aches (even the kids). Loved that there was a free washer and dryer although the hotel doesn't have detergent, but the store close did so I shouldn't complain :) Pool is heated and the area is nice but, it was too cold and windy to enjoy it and there is no sunshine on the pool the entire day, no hot tub.

Every was fantastic.

Everything was great. The property smells so refreshing and clean. The restaurant is nice and the staff is very accommodating.

There should be a package that includes meals.

Great hotel, fun, relaxing, amenities were great, only thing was the restaurant was to expensive the Tropicana was only open for a limited time, watching the sunset, bar closed, no warning , it was 5 30. Had to go out of the hotel to go eat and drink for a reasonable price. Gift shop was close, parking $27 a day, not to bad compared to other places , could leave parking garage and come back . Would stay again for sure.

Tropicana closed early, 5 30 right at sun set. No last call, Restraunt was to expensive. Had to leave hotel to get a drink and eat for reasonable price. Nice place across the streets
