Was greeted by the front desk with a genuine smile and was very welcoming. Location was great!

One day I was sick, so we were in the condo all day. Starting around 8:45am and 9:00am we heard the cleaners in the hallways talking and laughing loudly with one another, it sounded like a party. They were also letting their door (assuming it was their cleaning room) slam. This went on for hours. We also did not request any cleaning service and I was laying on the couch sick and one of the cleaning ladies, was talking loudly to another and walked into our condo. The condo is beautiful and on the beach, but it was not a peaceful stay.

Relaxing, beach weekend

The location was good -- Within walking distance of pier 60, bars & restaurants, but far enough away that it was relatively quiet & beach wasn't crowded. The bar & pool on 5th floor had a great sunset view (see pics). Bartender Kyle was great. All staff was friendly & helpful. Room was clean & the granite countertops & tilework were nice.

Our room (307) had the worst "gulf front" view in the building. Saw mostly a parking lot, ugly town lamp post, and back of 2 buildings, with just a glimpse of the gulf, but was charged a premium view price. The main bedroom was spacious, but second bedroom was so tiny it could only fit a bed and small nightstand -- no dresser or closet. Bathrooms need hooks & towel bars. Ridiculous that a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom condo designed to sleep 6 people had only 1 towel bar & 1 hook in the main bath, & 1 small hand towel ring in the half bath.

it was a large room, nice amenities, great distance to the beach with covered parking. the full kitchen was nice because we could get some stuff at CVS and have waters and things we needed for kids.

We were very comfortable and pleased with our stay at the Avalon Club.

The building is very nice, and our suite was spacious enough for 4 adults and 3 children. Everything was very clean. The location is great. The beach is beautiful.

The garbage bags and the paper towels were not good quality. The garbage bags broke open when we tried to take them out. We reported this to the front desk.

Location, easy of entry, access to the beach, great pool terrace, large communal living area

Great location in front of Clearwater Beach and walking distance to many restaurants. Property has many in property amenities as a rooftop bar, pool, parking etc.

this place is absolutely amazing! I never review hotels but I just have too many good things to say! amazing location right on the beach, brought my dog and they were super friendly and accommodating, staff were nice, and the room was exceptional. massive size rooms and just everything you could ever need!!! cant wait to come back!!

Love it, However nickel and dime for every little thing. I drove truck, so I asked if I rented a golf cart could I charge it was told yes but then some other person tells me I need to pay for the as well 35 per day when you got me for my truck and when I secured a perfect spot so not to take up 2 spaced when I left it was gone. I paid it we are good but really, I paid over 2,000 for a week to chopped by a person or rule that's bull, drinks at pool side please never heard what was being served. 2000 for a week I should has Tito's or Jack. I cod bring my own but no..please easy up

No top shelf, no assigned spaces and nickle dime us guest, no breakfast
