Very good

Very impressive would certainly stay there again.

The room was large with a lovely comfortable large bed and floor to ceiling windows. Our room (702) looked over the fair type rides which were lit up - we loved it. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of healthy choices. I'm really missing that breakfast. The staff were so helpful and pleasent. I spilt water over the duvet on the first night (don't ask) and a clean dry duvet soon arrived at the door within minutes of me phoning for help. It's a great place to stay if you are going to a show in the ICC or Symphony Hall as you can walk across an enclosed bridge from the hotel. Ideal in inclement weather. The concierge in his peaky blinder cap was a lovely helpful man, full of information and the safeguarding of our cases. Loved the Christmas decorations and use of lighting.

The TV was a bit odd only being able to switch it on on use the up and down channel buttons to find programes - no guide or information avaiable. Although the mute, and volume, and subtitles worked. The tap for the bath was strange also - could not mix hot and cold water according to your own needs; but the conrtolled temperature of the water was probably used for health and safety reasons - never seen a tap like it before. We had sea chowder for supper which was rather lacking in fish although the flavour was good. I don' think it was worth 14+. There was some signs of wear on the furniture in our room but it did not detract from our 2 night stay.

Disappointing

Wouldnt come back as a family, very disappointing experience for the price you pay.

Rooms were spacious, clean and comfy

No option for a family of four to share a room meaning the expense of two rooms, and we werent able to have connecting rooms or rooms next to each other! We booked the hotel due to the fact it stated there was parking, which there was but minimal and none available when we arrived. Also another fact for us booking the hotel was for the pool as our little girl wanted to go swimming and as she was under 12 she couldnt, very disappointed. The following night we stayed at the Novotel just up the room and this was a much better stay for us and our family!!!

Good location, although this Hyatt seems to have lost its lustre

Good location.

For Hyatt regency, you expect a high standard. Although staff were friendly, rooms seemed outdated with marks and scuffs. Jacuzzi/hot pool was broken. Upon arriving in rooms, no slippers, no refreshed soaps, body wash etc.

Saw a show at the ICC and the hotel was perfect

The Staff were excellent Bed very comfortable Food good. The experience in general was pleasurable and relaxing.Would certainly recommend this hotel.

The only downside was the entrance to the Hotel was choked with parked cars and access was awkward particularly for a disabled person.

Overall it was disappointing due to many factors.

The bed was comfortable, not really much else to compliment.

Hi when we arrived I had pre booked a room however they had no record of it, they werent helpful when it came to parking and had to kind of figure out ourselves how to pay for parking, also throughout the night there was this beeping noise which woke me and the wife up a few times in the middle of the night which ruined the point of staying as it was to get a good sleep before a long drive home.
