With killer views from floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the city and waterfront, the rooms are attractive and well-appointed. The staff is friendly and professional, providing excellent service throughout the stay. Located close to the Riverwalk and downtown attractions, it is also a walkable area. The amenities, including the pool and gym, are clean and well-maintained. While valet parking is available at an additional cost, it is worth it for the overall pleasant experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Tampa Bay area.

The hotel was nice and clean.
I didn't like that a shuttle service wasn't offered from the hotel to the airport, we spent $25 on a taxi from the airport to the hotel, but going back to the airport because our flight was so early in the morning, the hotel recommended a uber and said it would be more reliable, which it was, but it was almost $60 after tip. A 15-minute ride/shuttle from the hotel would've been much appreciated.

The property was very pretty on the inside. Our room looked just like the pictures.
The hotel bar did not have coffee and coffee was only out during the breakfast period

Beds were extremely uncomfortable. We booked 2 rooms for a family of 4 with 2 small kids but unable to get adjoining rooms as booked.
