Im paying to stay at your hotel, why the hell am I paying additional fees to have to park there? Big turnoff. Won't be staying here again.

Very good

The room was quite big, the bed comfortable.

The breakfast was very simple, a lot of unnecessary throw-away stuff, such as cups, forks, spoons erc. The room was not cleaned every day. The hotel was located in the middle of nowhere. Without UBER no chance to get away

Great location. Staff was friendly and Hotel was clean.

Location was great for the events that we had planned in the area. The breakfast was great. Had plenty of options for the family to enjoy.

Good location. OK breakfast.

Old beds. Bathroom door latch broken so it wouldnt latch shut. Annoying shower head spray. Unpleasant odor in closet. Charging an extra $5 to park is offensive.

Superb

I will come back to this hotel if I am ever in Phoenix.

Amenities were very good. Staff were very good. Breakfast was excellent. Room was comfortable and clean. Pool area and outdoor lounging was good. I like that there was water available 24/7 in the lobby...this is a BIG issue with all hotels.

Washroom had a funny smell that wouldn't go away, and shower doors (seems to be at all Hyatts) has odd handle configuration for opening and closing.

Noisy air conditioners. I advised the front desk and they said they were fixing the problem. The air conditioner was noisy and rattled every hour. Did not sleep most of the night. I let the front desk know and they gave me a $25 credit.
