Review 1: Room 131 was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed and pillows. The wifi was excellent, but there was a strange smell in the lounge area. The breakfast had a decent selection. The pool (Read More)and fitness center were also good. Review 2: The first room had heating issues, but the staff quickly changed it. The staff were nice and the stay was comfortable. Review 3: The hotel was great for an airport hotel. The breakfast was cute and free, the staff were friendly, and the beds were comfortable. Review 4: The room was clean and as expected. The amenities were in good condition and the TVs worked well. The bathroom had low toilet seats but was spacious and functional. Review 5: The breakfast was one of the best in years with a variety of options. The parking lot was full, but it's expected at the airport. Review 6: The staff was accommodating and the hotel was close to the airport and base. There was a restaurant next door with good food. Review 7: The staff was helpful, the booking process was easy, and the breakfast was good. The rooms were nice.

Very good

Staff was very friendly especially Alexis although one of them (lady) didnt. Breakfast was also very good.

Room was very cold at a point and wasnt possible to regulate with the remote so had to change room.

The $75 pet fee is excessive, especially since Ive stayed here before with my cat and without any problem from him whatsoever. I stay at other pet friendly hotels and lodges that only charge $25. They are just as clean and comfortable. Need to add to their customer base, whose pets are problem free and offer much lower pet fees.

I was disappointed at the overall quality of the hotel, but the staff was wonderful.

The staff was very, very friendly and enjoyable to interact with. They were the only exceptional aspect of this hotel.

First off, we landed at 11:50pm and were out front by 12:10am. When I called to get the airport shuttle, the person at the front desk said it stopped at midnight. Nowhere on the website does it say that. We had to wait 25 minutes for a taxi (there were no Ubers available) that cost us $20 without tip. The room was very worn with no attention to decor. I expected a little more paying $200 per night. I could live with all this but my deal breaker is noise. The walls were terribly thin and we were able to hear conversations and their TVs. The occupants above our room were extremely noisy with kids running back and forth until midnight. I had earplugs and a pillow over my head and still couldn't fall asleep until they stopped. There are lots of choices for hotels near the airport. I would not stay at this one again. Let me repeat - the staff was wonderful from front desk to shuttle driver (we were able to shuttle for our return flight) to breakfast staff. They were the high point and I will say the beds were comfortable.

Overall great stay

Great location and close proximity to the venue for the wedding that I was a part of.

No microwave in rooms and some of the bed linen was not clean.

I reviewed several hotels before choosing Hyatt Place. Our room was clean and comfortable., quiet and location was near major highways. Breakfast was very good with a different menu everyday.
