bad breakfast and no shampoo or body wash in the room.

The breakfast was awful; nothing was fresh, and it looked like it was from a day before leftovers. I only had coffee. When I showered, I discovered the shampoo and the body wash were empty. That tells me that nobody is checking and taking care of the rooms. Now, I am not sure if they even changed the sheets. It scares me.

Love Hyatt Place.....staff needs training and communications

Location and decor of Hyatt Place. The room was clean and we weren't given "the family with kids" room which was nice (maybe because the staff is new .) The team is new and so may need some time to train and sync up with one another.

Long wait for check-in, there wasn't a line just that no one was there. Breakfast was the total opposite of the raving reviews. The cleaning staff knocked on our door multiple times to clean before 10 am when it was obvious we were still in the room.

Had great selection for breakfast, only had breakfast 1 morning as we left early the next morning. Room was clean. Hotel is ~13mins from the airport.

Last minute stay was smooth and restful.

Front desk was over the top both when I arrived with greeting, check in, accommodations, and assistance with getting me band aids; morning desk was super helpful in morning greeting and finding some lemon wedges for me.

Great staff and location, average facilities for a Hyatt.

Location great staff

Back entrance to building was unlocked/broken entire stay and unmonitored. Significant safety issue. Was brought to management attention with no resolution during 3 night stay.
