The reviewer arrived at the hotel and was greeted by a friendly staff member named Lucy. They were quickly checked in and given the option to choose their floor level. The room was satisfactory for a (Read More) one-night stay, but renovations were taking place. They enjoyed the breakfast but mentioned that there was constant music playing throughout the night. Another reviewer stayed for three nights and found the room to be very clean and the beds comfortable. The staff, particularly a receptionist named Tee, were extremely friendly. Their only complaint was the lack of a microwave in the room. Overall, both reviewers had a positive experience at the hotel.

Superb

Overall was treated nice and would definitely stay there again

Everyone was nice , helpful , respectful

Water was cold and took about 30-35 min to get hot and no one could fit it and my room wasnt the only one thats the only problem I had. That was out of their control so wasnt upset just cold lol

Good but wish we had hot water.

The room had alot of space and comfy

No hot water could not take a shower when we got checked in. Water still was not hot after we went out and returned. The next morning was slightly hot but still not good for a shower so we was not able to.l have a shower which really was bad. Bigger coffee pot maybe??

Superb

Staff was great; will come back if I return to the area.

Nice staff, nice renovations taking place.

Although the overall room had an abundance of space, the toilet/shower area was very small.

Disappointing

Cinderella before and after the Ball

Very Friendly staff , good location to every place that I need to go. Easy check -in and out, clean lobby. Breakfast was nice.

Lots,lots,of construction work going on.Lots of noise, so we couldn't sleep in! It was Thanksgiving, but the construction didn't stop for the holiday. My room, (2nd floor) was very out dated, furniture very old ,no microwave, no mini fridge, no trashcan ,very dim lights in the very small bathroom. I went to my friends room (6th floor) his room was beautiful. I felt like I was Cinderella and it was midnight between the 2 rooms. MY room carpet old, his room (beautiful floors, shower, furniture, smell very good) MY room had a stale odor, I bought candles and spray. Hopefully after the full renovations, EVERY ROOM WILL BE BEAUTIFUL! I was very disappointed, especially after I saw how beautiful my friends room was!

the renovation. we've stayed at the Hyatt place a lot but this was the first one that we didn't like. there was several features that was missing that we normally have. no handle on the drawers, no center piece for the sofa, doors was taped up from the painting, they wouldn't close, and lamps was missing in certain places. floors was half clean.
