Had to drive a distance back to College Campus however it wasn't far. Didn't like the rooms Didn't have a microwave had to go to lobby to reheat food.

Not all staff but the young lady that checked us in was rude, unprofessional, disrespectful with the worse attitude that Ive ever encountered from any establishment where money was being spent.

Superb

Location to LSU was great. Mall and restaurants were very close. We had a pleasant time when we checked in. The young lady was very informative. She gave added information without being asked. She was excellent, but I did not get her name

We were placed in a room that had a smell and was told there were no available rooms, so we had a rough night sleeping. They moved us to another room the next morning, which was perfect. We were told the first room was a pet room. My wife was saying all night that the room smells like dog piss. I would recommend that the pet room be on the end of the floor. Who wants to hear barking dogs when they are walking down the hallway. Bathroom was very small

Terrible. I hate I had to pay for this. Would not recommend

Two staff members were really nice the morning staff guy Jermain I think and the evening lady. Were so helpful. But the midnight lady was so so so so so so so rude. Our tub was stopped up. And we called for maintenance they came and did not even run water. Imagine 4 ladies taking a shower and all the water stays in tub. Our sink was also stopped up. We stayed for 4 days because of Lsu homecoming and it was terrible. Did like free parking

Sink and tub stopped up Maintance came and did not solve problem. Midnight staff the rudest lady in the world. Breakfast was only pork and very low budget.
