I liked the breakfast and how clean the place was.

The fact that there is no Netflix, you can't even mirror it using a phone or laptop. So it was boring. The channels that's are there on the tv are also very boring.

Hyatt Hse @Rosebank is over height above other Accommodation.

Safe area, clean environment, big comfy bed, courteous staff and superb breakfast.

Not within the premise control, but the establishment should tandem with the local community service provider to provide street lighting along the road (Tottenham Avenue). Since the area is secluded; it's not ideal to walk in the darkness.
