A perfect night in the city

The room was lovely and, without us requesting anything, they'd noticed we were carrying a wedding dress and upgraded our room and gave us a bottle of champagne. The spa bath was the highlight. Good location

The morning breakfast buffet, which had been free when I'd last stayed, now cost 18 dollars.

Everything was great. Stayed on New Years Eve. Clean, comfortable, not too far of a walk from USBank after the game and enjoyed a cocktail watching the ball drop in the hotel bar. Very good experience.

Front staff gave me bandaids when I had blisters

They told me to park in the ramp across the street and to bring in the ticket to validate it. The ticket I was given didnt work so I had to pay twice for parking. ($60)

To sum it up Hyatt goes above and beyond!!

Hyatt is by far one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The rooms are immaculate, the staff is amazing, the breakfast was top notch, and to top it all off it is in an amazing location! My fianc and I prefer Hyatt everytime we stay in Minneapolis and pretty much refuse to go anywhere else!!!

Superb

The exercise room. Walking distance to the game and back.

Did not have a microwave to warm up my leftovers in my room. Asked for extra garbage bags to help put our garbage in to make it easier for staff, but no one gave us any.
