Clean, nice design & efficient for quick business trip.

Playful and Great design, very comfortable stay.

Felt very under-staffed. At times no one in the lobby even at front desk or bell or bar. May have been off-season so close to x-mas holiday but a welcoming friendly face would have upped this a notch. Regardless the hotel is so nice it was a wonderful stay. Note to hotel, shower floors very slippery

A beautifully newly remodeled hotel, great location, and good value.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with good lighting and a beautiful view of Thomas Circle. The gym was well equipped, clean, and included a Peloton. The location was excellent, walkable to museums, the Mall, and restaurants.

There was an extra $30 daily fee to use the gym, internet and pool, but the outdoor pool was close due to the weather. Due to the glass wall between the shower and bedroom, when the bathroom light was on, it shone brightly into the bedroom, an annoyance if someone else is trying to sleep.

Beautiful hotel with none of the basics you need to actually stay at a hotel.

The staff is very nice and professional. The hotel is beautiful, and I loved the art collection. Food in the restaurants was good.

None of the equipment worked. Half the cable channels were all static. They replaced my coffee maker twice, both times with faulty coffee makers. I had to pay $8 for coffee in the lobby instead. The online ordering system for room service did not work; orders were lost, and I had to leave the hotel without breakfast on one occasion. The rooftop lounge was closed closed for private events every time I tried to visit.
