There was a lady at the welcoming during breakfast who wasnt very welcoming but probably she was having a bad time, it can happen The mattress in our bedroom werent as good as we though

Not a 4 stars hotel

Location, friendly services, shower pressure is very good!

Entrance are not obvious especially at night, it is right at a traffic turn corner and guests often has to park in the middle of the road blocking one of the two lanes, the valet has to get the car off the street quickly during busy hours and we witness one of them attempt to side park quickly and almost reverse into our car, he then forgot to put the car in park mode, step out the car, and the car rollaway collided with the side walk, not great. The room toilet basin is aircraft size, practically useless except for washing hand, bed is ultra soft and unsupportive, worse is the sound proofing, we can hear next door conversation clearly including moaning loudly at night.

Not clean and old outdated hotel in a prime location

The location is awesome just next to the white house and within walking distance of the monuments

The cleaning is unfortunately not up to standard which is something not acceptable. The lady at the front desk did try to make our stay as comfortable as possible, she sent housekeeping and offered a voucher and a fruit platter as a compensation but we wish we just had a clean room. The cleaning issue really spoiled the time spent at the hotel. Luckily we were only there for two nights. One more call out would be, dont get tricked by the nice pictures on booking.com. This hotel is super outdated. This is obviously nothing the staff can do anything about but mentioning it as the pictures are really deceptive.

Would recommend this hotel to anybody! Sunset upstairs was also amazing (which was recommended by the staff)

Close to all activities we wanted to do! Opposite the Whitehouse which was pretty awesome! You could see the monument also from our window view that we upgraded to!

Not enough shampoo/conditioner was provided.
