Not a 5 stars hotel

This hotel has one of the worst customer service I ever experienced in my life I travel 6-8 times a year I did lower starts hotel were better than them. They were rode, unfriendly, refused to cooperate nor offered complementary service while we waited in the lobby for 6 hours seeing all the guests checking out at 11 refused to rush our rooms cleaning and gave us the room exactly at 3 while the hotel was literally empty and the kept insisting that we upgrade so we can get a quicker room. And they have the audacity to hung up the phone on us while we expressed that the bathroom door is broken. Its supposed yo be 5 stars I would give it 3 to be fare, there is no robe in the bathroom no slippers no complementary water, no coffee machine. I hope if youre planning to book in this hotel you think again.

Not sure how this placed received five stars, two to three would be more deserved

Nothing really

- We were not given the room we booked and staff wasnt willing to support. - Specifically the lack of seating area although stated in the booking makes life hard for someone who has to work from the hotel room. - Sauna was only open a single day during stay, steam bath closed entirely although stated in description - Room service entirely closed due to renovation with no prior information in the booking - Room quality is maximum 2 stars, floor dirty and heavily used, shower and bath ultra low standard overall, almost no not even coffee machine - TV setup is from 2015 (not even smart tv) - Staff is mass commerce, none of the traditional flair, doesnt care too much - This has been around my 60ths five star hotel this year in 30 countries in Europe - this one was the worst. I dont understand how it has 5 stars to be honest.

Delightful stay in Copenhagen

The beds were outstanding, soft and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, ginger shots, green juice, omelette station, fresh baked bread. The lobby and restaurant was beautiful. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The amenities were unique and delicious.

I'm not a fan of the coffee machine. The coffee was bitter.

Perfect spot

Lovely hotel, very close to the main shopping area. We loved the hotel. The bar and restaurant area were perfect for dining or just having a drink. The food was excellent. Lots of choice for breakfast. The rooms were very spacious and the bed was amazingly comfortable. The staff were very friendly. Couldnt really fault it.
