I liked the way the property owner, Mr. Ajay Patil conducted with me. He was humble and respectful. Property is at good peaceful location.

I was given the room little far from the actual property (2,3 rooms managed separately in residential housing society) since it was completely occupied. 4000 INR (including 500 INR GST) for that room was way too much. There was no table in the room which I could use for having lunch and dinner. Shower was not functional in the washroom and the foul smell was there permanently. Somebody smoked too much in the room earlier which was not pleasant at all. On top of all this, I felt price for food was also high and not worth it. I was disappointed since the other travelers have rated this property high and I booked it because of the positive reviews.

Very poor

It was just a house converted in to hotel. The charges was 6720 per night but facilities not good

Breakfast is just O.K. and does not have much choices.

It was mentioned that hotel is having lots of facilities like wellness center, Zym, Spa but it was just an eye wash

Good Decent Stay

Property at Good location, situated at a quiet from busy City noise. Pet friendly was cherry on top for those travelling with Pet. The owner and staff of the property were very friendly and ready to help in any way possible.

Fare was quite expensive, it is not budget friendly. It goes heavy on your pocket.

Excellent stay in Nagpur

Everything - we were treated like royalty through our stay. The owner and his family were welcoming and made us feel at ease. The food was delicious and if anything there was too much of it! Highly recommend this property.
