It was okay for a short visit maybe we would look for another hotel if we visited again

Location good room adequate size

Awful smell in bathroom which was tried to be hidden by a reed defuiser. Bed was never mind up. No tea or coffee in room despite there being a kettle

Amazing how clean the hotel and area was

Staff were excellent and extremely helpful. Couldnt do more than enough for me and my friends. Full English breakfast in the morning was great too, and the coffee was good. Must try the cakes and the doughnuts on offer too. All freshly done in the morning.

Everything was good. There was nothing not to like about the hotel. The only thing maybe, is that its not the easiest to find for the first time coming to Benidorm

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was tasty and there was a good variety of food. The hotel is ideally situated in the middle of the Old Town and is close to the beach.

Nothing. I would stay in this hotel again.

Lovely stay, perfect location, peaceful and relaxing

I liked the central location in the old town. I liked the modern and contemporary facilities of the hotel. Room cleaned everyday, hotel very quiet. Staff lovely.

Cheap and comfortable.

Comfortable beds and location in centre of old town

Shower area, there seemed to be something broken off which I didnt realise until I banged my head on it. So a bit dated and needed to be modernised.

Friendly and clean hotel and in a great location.

A lovely hotel with great staff, found them to be very helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious and clean. Also in the centre of the Old Town lots of lovely restaurants and plenty of shops. Will stay here again.
