Kind personnel, great location, clean rooms. There were hot beverages and water available in the lobby at all times.

Good location

Room was booked for my daughter and was already paid but staff asked to pay again. My daughter paid double. It was really stressful to ask money back, I waited more than one week to get my money back.

the nespresso coffee machine was a good thing.

the cleaning was sub-standard for a 4 stars. our room table and even the door of the room were dirty with something that resembled wax coloured pencil marks and it wasn't cleaned for the whole stay. Also 15 euros for that breakfast buffet is way overpriced.

The spa: the sauna, was not working, and the spa was outdated. Some staff members, old man in the restaurant and on the bar, a young guy. The old man was unfendly, and by the young guy we asked 3 times for our order and then we saw him mixing our rum coke with his finger

Enjoyable stay

The room was good size, clean, comfortable beds. coffee machine in the room which was great. The location was good and accessible to transportation. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The coffee pods were not enough for 3 persons in the room and ran out on the second day. We would have liked more coffee pods throughout our entire stay. Although we didn't ask the reception staff to replenish the stock in the room.

Very nice stay

The hotel is a beautiful, old palace, but the interior is very modern and comfortable. Staff members are extremely kind and helpful. It is nice that coffee, tea facilities are available in the lobby, even once you checked out. Perfect location if your business trip is related to the Semmelweis University - 2 minutes on foot.

I have no idea why there are two separate elevators for odd and even floor numbers. Moreover elevators are quite slow.
