The room was very good. I liked it when especially was sunny weather it was perfect.

Well situated

The location of the hotel to the Duomo was great. Tram stops easily accessible if needed, but the walk was a pleasant one. Breakfast was a self service buffet that was regularly replenished. The room was clean and a reasonable size, and the bathroom small but suitable. The receptionist was helpful. A recommendation for anyone travelling, check booking tickets for certain things before you travel. The Last Supper painting is two mins walk away from the hotel but was unfortunately fully booked, as was the Scala Theatre.

The water temperature in the bathroom was warm rather than hot, not the end of the world though. Coffee/tea facilities in the room would have been a bonus.

The hotel was situated in a historical and interesting place. It also has a museum inside. The place is big.

WIFI was really bad in the room. You need to connect through email and we never got a consistent connection. There was no water heater inside the room, and no free water (only a paid open bar). TV in the room was also really small. During our first night, we found opened chips in the window which the cleaner forgot to remove. Heating runs only from 7-9am and 8pm-12 midnight. Limited time of the heating during winter.

Big rooms, nice building, amazing location

Rooms feel outdated, wifi connectivity is bad and didnt work properly, either is very slow or it just doesn't work at times

Nice location, that's all.

The rooms are quite old and not clean. No internet connection. Not many options for breakfast. Overall I would not recommend it. There is no internet connection as the WiFi it's not working, which should be a minimum in the 3*hotel right now. The rooms are spacious but need a proper renovation. The noice from the rooms around you it's annoying.

Great localization, tasty breakfast, beautifull building

Double bed was build from two single beds mattresses on a double bed frame which where no way connected together so we were constantly falling in between them
