Hotel Mukut Mani is a new property with ample parking space and a premium tariff of 5000 per room per night. Guests praised the beautiful rooms and restaurant. One review mentioned slow canteen servi (Read More)ce but overall praised the co-operative staff. Poor

Restaurants staffs were overworked and therfore. customers service was pathetic. At the time of booking hotel is stating they accept credit cards. I had been given hardest time ever in my travel experience. They fobbed me by saying they don't have credit card payments machine. Not expecting as they have to pay 4% tax .lwill not reccomend this hotel to anyone who is travelling from out to India .

They didn't honour what they stated at the time of booking regarding payment.

Not much choice.Bed tea you start at 7.30am..The people coming for Girirajji Darshan wants to go for early morning darshan and leave for home or some other place.If you start morning tea at 7.30 am It is too late

Staff is non courteous . Breakfast was inclusive of stay but they charge for breakfast if you request them to deliver at room . More importantly they didnt have a first aid box and even an paracetamol. They were very lethargic in organising a medicine on time despite many requests . Very unreal and inhuman approach towards guests
