Very good

Staff was responsive and helpful. The breakfast was good.

The first room I was assigned was very hot, probably close to 40 C with no way to lower the temperature. I complained and was given another, better room.

I am not recommended due to outdated condition of hotel.

During breakfast coffee was very horrible. Italian guest had a coffee with machine other guest had a terrible coffee. It is not standard for 4 star hotel. Room is outdated. Bathroom on not good quality/conditions.

Very good

The location was lovely, very near metro and nice restaurants down the streets. The staff at reception were excellent and communicated very well. They were so accommodating, even printed off our boarding passes, and kept our bags for us until late afternoon. Thank you

The dining room staff were not very friendly. They were not friendly like the reception staff.

I booked a room for my wife. The following situation happened to her: The coffee machine in the dining room did not work and was leaking. I went to pour myself some coffee and noticed that it was leaking and there was a plate under it. Before I had time to figure anything out, a woman came and started yelling at me. I was in such shock, I went to complain to the reception, they went to find out what was wrong. Speaking in Italian, he said that three people saw that it was you. Not only was I unfairly accused, they didnt even ask me for forgiveness for screaming. in response to the screams it was said she only warned that it was dangerous, there are other people here. friends, never come to this hotel.
