Very good

I was pleasantly surprised by the this hotel experience.

I liked the location most of all. It helped me to orient myself in the city. The room was of adequate size for the two people and the availability of morning breakfast was excellent. The concierge staff was very helpful and pleasant. The free transportation voucher was also awesome!

It could have been helpful to have a dresser to unpack luggage items for a longer stay. We had to use the extra seating (sofa) in the room to accommodate clothing items for daily clothing coordination and wear.

Very close to the lake and the train & bus station!

Rooms were extremely hot - we had to go around and turn off all of the radiators and the heating. The room was still very hot and uncomfortable to sleep in because of this.

Do not stay here.

Sadly this hotel is a terrible rip off. It only has 2 stars because probably someone manually put a other 2 next to the 2 already there. Apart from the lobby nothing screams 4 stars. Walls ripped, carpet stained worn out for 50 years, paper thin walls, u can hear any sound from the other rooms around. Bathrooms outdated. Very claustrophobic hallways and lift. The location is ok as its close to the Geneva main centre and the waterfall. However, around the train station is also the dodgiest area of Geneva. Prostitution and drugs around the corner and later at night it simply does not feel safe. I 100% do not recommend this hotel. Wouldnt stay again ever. The staff were nice and its convenient being next to the train station. Thats about it.

The location was very convenient , just around the corner from the central train station and the bus station and for getting around .The staff was very accommodating and they arranged for a separate bed on my request.

Everything was top notch. The friendliness of the staff especially my flight was delayed several times they were very accomodating. The room was ok. Not the best, however you could find everything you need in such a small space. The train station was next door. Less than a minute walk.

Cozy hotel with charm

Cozy hotel, with some charm! I really enjoyed my stay. Despite my room looking out over the trains, it was very quiet! If you're not having breakfast at the hotel, there is a delicious cafe right next door.

Good, but not as good as previous stays.

Location right next to train station and proximity to restaurants was first class. Staff were mostly helpful and courteous.

The one day I had breakfast bordered on poor. It was my 2nd last day. Admitttedly I turned up 15 minutes before breakfast closed, but I got the hurry up from a staff member, and there was basically no hot food left. I've stayed here before, and in the past it was much better. I didn't bother the next day. Internet was a bit flaky - sometimes, especially on the first couple of days, I had trouble connecting.
