Very good

Location was the best - 3 minute walk to train station and located just off the river which is lively and beautiful.

Room configuration was weird with two separate bathrooms.

We had a wonderful time in Luzern, the staff at The Monopol were exceptional adding to our stay.

Room was great, location was superb so close to the railway station fabulous. We paid for breakfast, and it was great.

All was good no complaints.

Perfect hotel in Luzern you can find

The best hotel you can find in Luzerne if you are not after for modern and luxury, i believe it was luxury in its time. Just a street away from train station Plenty of amenities in the room, coffee pod machine, fruits, drinking water, slipper , etc. With starbucks and Mcdonald right inside the hotel I was blessed to get the best room view could ever ask for. Room and water temperature is perfect

The pillow was too flat for me The wall and ceiling are quite thin so you may hear sound from the next room especially the bed is next to each other against the wall and hearing steps from above maybe even from dusk till late at night depends on your luck

The location was fantastic. The room spacious and quiet. The buffet breakfast was great. Bed very comfortable

The room was very dark, the lighting was too minimal. The bathroom had no fan.

Great location easy to get around staff wonderful and breakfast good.

We loved how close it was to the railway, made it so easy when we arrived with all our cases. We had one night then stayed in Montreux for one night, the hotel kept our big cases free of charge till we got back they made it so easy. We stayed another two nights. We had breakfast and it was great everything you wanted. The staff were so helpful anything we asked they were only to happy to help. We had a great stay.

Superb

It was a very good stay and very good value for the price. I will most definitely choose Monopol again.

The location is fantastic if you dont drive. The staff are extremely helpful and obliging. Hotel seems renovated and new, the beds were fantastic. I truly enjoyed my stay.

Hot water took a while to arrive, I had to let the water run for a while - wasting water. WiFi in the rooms can be improved.
