We stayed at Mercurio for a single night but it was absolutely fantastic! Its central location is a major highlight, offering easy access to the city's key attractions. The convenience of being at the heart of everything enhanced our experience significantly. Equally impressive was the staff's exceptional service. The warm and welcoming atmosphere they created made our stay even more pleasant. Clean, comfortable rooms added to the overall excellence. Very good

I felt very welcome and safe at the hotel.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful during my stay. The hotel is very close to St Marks Square. I felt safe walking about this area.

There are lots of steps and no lift but this had been made clear at time of booking. Signage wasnt very clear outside the hotel.

Great 3 days walking around Venice!!

They have 2 options for breakfast, we just went for option 2 (coffee,juice, croissants and cake) more than enough for us , the coffee was delicious!!! The location was superb!!! The room is a bit small but the bed and pillows were really comfortable. All the staff is so nice and welcoming I would stay again.
