The rooms are spacious an (Read More)d comfortable. The only downside is that the windows are not soundproof, which can be a nuisance if there is noise from nearby bars. Additionally, secure parking options are limited. Despite these minor issues, the hotel rivals the quality of renowned luxury establishments.

Great hotel, professional staff and in a very good location

A grand hotel situated near the old town which was convenient for walking. Staff were very professional and helpful in guiding us to the museum and tapas area.

Great stay in San Sebastin!

Very comfortable, well located and spacious rooms.

Staff/reception was disorganized, asked for our credit card 3 times in different days for the guarantee. Didnt charge a bill and sent email after charging.

Nice hotel with a lousy staffs

Hotel is nice

The hotel double charge my credit card. I booked through Booking.com and provided my credit card to guarantee the booking. I paid for the stay using another credit card but they charged both credit cards. What happen if we don't check the charges to our credit card????
