All the stuff is just amazing and willing to help with literally anything. They also have non stop kitchen which is next to impossible to find in Spain. Loved my stay at Kramer.

decent hotel with good facitilies and staff

good location, decent sized rooms, comfy bed, free-wifi, excellent breakfast and friendly staff. I would come back again, thank you.

parking around could be a bit problematic as the area is busy and there are plenty of so called helpers who like to grab your euros to assist you parking on public roads :-) Also we had an issue with the bathroom door lock/handle, but staff fixed it immediately, so not a biggie.

Location, Reception, room perfect but worst overpriced breakfast I ever had in VLC last 15 years

The Staff at the reception was very professional and friendly, the hotel room very clean. Unfortunately I couldn't switch of the blowing aircon/heating in my room by myself... Easy to find got connected to public transportation. Only the coffee was good at the breakfast

breakfast was not worth the money, full tables, not cleaned up, no regular cups beside the coffeemashine, only for espresso. had to ask, took also long time to place my order than half items in the sticky menucard were not available.... Never again, Had no breakfast 2nd morning cutlery seems also no very clean, in the morning and in the evening where I had the smallest salmon ever in my life after very long waiting after ordering and the restaurant was nearly empty. Left hungry and disappointed!!!

Location of the hotel is wery good (near it there is a metro station (Campanar) and bus stops(at least 3 buses goes from the center to the hotel). The stuff of the hotell is absolutely kind and helpfull (even if you go to them at 2 a.m.), will help you to deal with your problems (no matter what it is: buying a ticket to museums/problems with room/additional cervice). Also they give you a card to the welcom drink - I took a glass of Cava & it was good! The brecfast is very tasty for 12 eur you`ll be so well-feded. Free Wi-Fi is working good and fast(I used for searching,chatting,listening music,whatching films) in each part of the hotell, so you`ll be online 24h. Room had a perfect big soft bed and good shower with their own bottles of gel/shampoo/conditioner (for me it was a little bit impressive, cause reagular you have a few sachet of this kind of staff), and termostat works well, you could do the tempreture what ever you want in the room. In the end want to say that for 3 stars hotel - they are so good and impresed me in the good way. If I`ll be in Valencia again - would prefer to stay here again. p.s. (on photo there are a bottles of hand wash (but another are the same) and the bed is not as well made as it was when I moved in, forgive me)))

I think they could do a cosmetic renovation of rooms (there were some scuffs/small stains on the wall), but for most of the people they are almost invisible, so this isn't a significant minus.

Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a thoughtful welcome gift, a gesture that set the tone for the entire stay. The staff's commitment to ensuring a great marathon experience was evident from the start. One standout feature was the early breakfast service, starting at 6 am on Sunday. This thoughtful initiative ensured that runners like myself had ample time to fuel up with a nutritious breakfast before embarking on the challenging 42km run. Wonderful! The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean, the bed comfortable. It's close to Turia park, mall, public transportation. And around 20 minutes walking to Bioparc / Zoo.

Minor nitpick: the shampoo & soaps smell weird.
