The overall experience at Hotel Ivy was satisfactory, with a highlight being the amazing hotel breakfast. The spa facilities, including a steam shower, were outstanding and available to same-day book (Read More)ings. The room was pleasant but not remarkable, and the bathroom felt crowded. There was an issue with dessert charges, but the hotel promptly resolved it. Staff were professional and made amends. The hotel spa was recommended, and the rooms were wonderful with attentive cleaning services. The only negative experience was with valet. Overall, it was a good experience with friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and some minor issues with amenities such as the bathroom and valet service.

Refined hospitality in downtown Minneapolis

The hotel has a superb gym / athletic facility, in part due to its joined location with a residential facility. The breakfast and dinner options are limited but quite good, as are the confection and the presentation. The staff are warm and immensely helpful, from restaurant suggestions to finding a specific brand of yoghurt that was listed on the menu but not readily available. Valet parking attendants serve double duty as informal concierges, which adds to the warmth and spontaneity of the place.

Exceptionally lovely

The staff was lovely. They helped us find a lovely way to spend our day, upgraded our room, and treated us to a cake and a bottle of wine for our anniversary. They were welcoming and professional. The bed was exceptionally cozy, and the extra large tub was divine. Thank you for a sweet memory and a lovely stay!

Wonderful staff, comfort, aesthetic, and locationa must stay!

The staff was exceptional, very kind and eager to assist in any way. They were also quite personal and authentic with their communication. Rooms were great, including the tub and shower. The beds were comfortable, and the hotel had some of the best pillows ever.

My only regret is that we didnt stay longer and go to the spa. So that means well be back!
