Hotel Indigo Spokane Downtown is highly praised for its pet-friendly policy, friendly staff, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and charming d�cor. However, some guests were disappointed that the windows did not open fully and mentioned noise from nearby railroad tracks. Poor

No heat in cold room.

Nice staff. An clean facilities.

Rooms heater didn't work an it was snowing outside with temps in the 30's. The temp in the room never got above 60 so they finally moved me rooms at 3a.m. after many complaints it didn't work. Then in the morning i went down for breakfast after a long night then I was informed breakfast was no longer being served due to beung understaffed so I wasn't able to eat breakfast in the morning. Very disappointed at that point. Worst stay at any hotel.

Nice hotel but has issues

Newer renovation of older hotel with many nice historic features. Room was new, clean, and nicely done. Within walking distance of all Spokane downtown venues.

Hotel bar and restaurant were closed during our stay. Hotel did not provide any free breakfast as advertised one morning we were there. No explanations or apologies given. No housekeeping services were performed on our room. No acceptable parking around hotel, we had to use the valet parking for $30/night. Location is on edge of core downtown area, some areas near hotel looked a bit sketchy. Near train track with train noise though that didn't bother us.

The staff was great, large room and it was comfortable.

I stayed in the Deluxe King room and it was very comfortable. It was a large room and it was quiet. The bed was very comfortable and it was a good location.

Very good

Nicely renovated hotel with friendly front desk staff.

The room was clean and comfortable. The railroad that ran by all night was not as bad as I had been led to imagine. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast service was not great, the server was kind of surly. The food was just OK, the price was not. It took too long and some of our orders were not filled. Improvement needed.

Amazing value and location location location

Great location, clean, super comfortable bed, nicely decorated, and very spacious.

I wouldve liked a small fridge and microwave in the room. The room was quite large and could easily have handled this.

Love the beauty of old school charm + contemporary decor!

Everything EXCEPT they were SHORT staffed and things were delayed in check out. Not staff fault. The Biggest Issue was the restaurant facility MAGNOLIA had horrible management. I dont think one server on a Saturday morning following a major concert a block away was smart. Our server JAMIE was doing her best to keep up with the deluge of people. She was overwhelmed by the number of people who came in all at once. This is not Hotel Indigos company but it reflects on them. Hope things change soon. I paid for an hour extra parking to stay waiting for breakfast!
