Superb

We arrived at 3.29pm and found our room was not ready. Surprisingly the checking time is 4pm in this hotel which should be from 2pm.

I would definitely stay again!

We didnt get to eat breakfast, but the bed was comfortable and the room was extremely clean. I liked the location as well.

I wish the lighting in the bathroom was a little better. There was light but not close to the mirror for makeup purposes.

I paid an extra $10 to be on the river side and that was not conveyed to Hotel Indigo. I didnt get my breakfast on Thanksgiving because they closed an hour early but the hostess gave me a free breafast on Saturday

A dog in room 204 woke me up 2 days in a row. No manager on site for 4 days. My remote didnt work for the tv for 2 days. The shower stall door wouldnt close and flooded the bathroom. No condiments for the coffee. No hand lotion in container. Lightbulb burnt out next to bed. Bar and restaurant closed Thanksgiving. Had to pay for a breakfast. Patio flame warmer had no propane. Was told mgt was too lazy to fill up propane in over 6 months. Ambiance was lost. Housekeeping did not speak english. The alarm clock went off at 7am. Wasnt turned off from previous guest. Front desk supervisor in morning was rude when I asked for a legal sheet of paper to write down my complaints, she gave me a 3 5 piece of scratch paper

staff not helpful, no ice on my floor, trash lft near elevator for 2 days stunk, puddle in elevator ignored til i clld about it, wldnt extend booking due to "booked solid" yet there were never any people around. paid $1100 for 3 nights didnt even have room service! prices for they're restaurant Outrageous but had no choice. What a waste of my $$$!!!

Was a verify convenient location.

Room was very nice facing the river would not have wanted to face the highway. Bathroom was nice as was staff.

Found out on check in that all rooms in the hotel have been used for pets and my wife is allergic to dogs and cats. She did not have a problem but we were surprised that 100% of the rooms are open to people with pets. This would have been a gam changer for us so we will not be returning. On Check in the third flood had a puddle of liquid near the elevator which was either animal urine or a leak from the ceiling. The 3rd floor rug was dirty. Your Hotel is quite beautiful but we can go elsewhere for a similar price for rooms which have not had animals. Thank You.
