No mini fridge, no dresser for clothing. Bedding looked clean, but smelled bad

Centrally located yo person we were visiting in East Liberty.

Housekeeping didnt leave soap or extra toilet paper in the room and we had to go yo front desk twice to get these basic toiletries. Buffet breakfast wasnt very good for $13 a person.

Good! Wish they had a better parking situation

Incredible value for money, huge spacious rooms. Good facilities, good staff. I love this hotel.

The parking is a pain in the neck. They do offer a valet service which is reasonably expensive, but then you obviously have to tip the valet person each time. It ends up being a bit of a hassle. The lot is neither too far nor super close, so motivated travelers could choose to park there themselves.

convelient hotel for business trips to Pittsburgh

This was my second visit to Pittsburgh using this hotel. It is conveniently located close to where I need to be. the staff wer friendly and lots of restaurants and good coffee shops are within walking distnace. Will visit again.

Superb

Overall, the Indigo Hotel was a pleasure to stay at and we will return in the future.

The room was extremely spacious and comfortable. Everything was very clean, including bed linens and towels and we were very pleased with the location, as it was convenient to where we needed to be. Having said that, the cost of our room was definitely on the expensive side at $440 for just Saturday night. We utilized a credit for Friday night, but we were literally floored by a bill that exceeded $500 once tax and fees were added!

The parking was limited and having to valet park, although adequate, was a bit of an inconvenience.

Do not recommend.

Staff was nice and location is decent.

Room was dirty. Powder/dust by beds, coffee grounds on tables, clump of hair in pillow cases. Requested housekeeping. However, no one came. Super disappointed and not worth the money to stay here, especially since they consider themselves to be a 4-star hotel.
