Superb

GREAT STAY IN BERLIN

Hotel was clean and extremely comfortable. Staff were excellent couldnt fault it really. We had chosen the location due to the bars and restaurants in Kruezberg but it was about a 40mins walk to main sights. We could see Berlin Wall from our room which was a bonus.

There is nothing I can think off.

The hotel very closes to the Verti Music Hall, like walking 1 minute. And close to the east gallery as well. The staff were warm and polite.

The room was very nice and calm, and the breakfast was excellent!

The cleaning staff was still cleaning my room when I arrived, which I'm sure is just a small technical glitch. The rest was very nice!

Disappointing

Lots of unpleasant things happened. The hotel seems to have dropped in quality.

Location is right next to a bunch of restaurants and shops. Desk setup, general room setup, and internet are pretty nice.

This hotel seems to be going downhill. This was an overall unpleasant experience staying here. Pillows were lumpy/uncomfortable. Bright light turning on from staff doing security testing while sleeping waking me up that I couldnt turn off myself. Housekeeping turning off heat in room and then leaving window open all day/night when it was below freezing outside, making my room frigid when returning at night.
