The Hotel Indigo - Winston-Salem Downtown is praised for its excellent service, particularly the valet team. The location is convenient but parking can be challenging due to nearby construction. The (Read More)historic building has a charming atmosphere but can be noisy. The beds are comfortable and the shower is satisfactory. Superb

The room and bathroom were very specious and the hotel design and dcor were beautiful. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating,

Overall the room was clean but the carpet and baseboards in the room required cleaning (quite dirty) and the wooden floor in our room was squeaky. Also, there is no parking adjacent to the hotel so it takes about 5 minutes to walk from a nearby parking garage. Also, there was no mini fridge in our room.

Cool hotel right in downtown. Really enjoyed the modern feel but still had that old feel as well with the older building. We really enjoyed the stay

Ideal for what we needed to visit our daughter at Wake Forest university.

Lovely lobby area and good breakfast. Housekeeping very efficient.

Initially given keys to a room that was clearly occupied as beds unmade and dirty cocktail glass on side luckily there was no one in there when we walked in. Charged me for room that Id already paid for on booking.com and didnt refund money for 5 days which was a considerable amount.

Superb

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and the location was in a nice part of the city with shops and restaurants nearby.

The valet parking was an issue. There wasn't enough space for us to even leave our car so we had to park it around the corner and give the valet the key with hopes he would move it. The next morning the valet walked around the neighborhood clicking our car key trying to find where they put our car so they clearly didn't put it in the lot around the corner where we had expected it to go.
