This hotel has seen its glory days. It needs a major makeover. Nevertheless, it is worth the money.

Like before this hotel always my favorite to stay when I come to Kuching for business, the staff so friendly and helpful, wish they have a good day,

I know this hotel is old style, just my suggestion hope they will upgrade to be more modern/tribal and put also our ethnic cultural items in Sarawak in the hotel design, well it's just my opinion, anyway thanks you,
