The Hotel Granada Palace is highly recommended for wheelchair users, with big rooms and spacious bathrooms. It is conveniently located near the city center, Sierra Nevada, and Nevada Shopping center. (Read More) Guests enjoyed the great food and restaurants, particularly the Italian restaurant. The staff is friendly and helpful. Disappointing

Not what we expected, unfortunately

The breakfast was good. But the rooms was unfortunately nothing that deserves a 5 star. This hotel should be a 3-4 star hotel

The rooms, the building. It definitely didnt feel like home in any way.

Very good

It was a pleasant stay.

Staff was great. The hotel is clean a little dated but the entrance does have a wow factor. The hall ways are nice and the room was clean and nice as we had a terrace/balcony with a great view of the city. There is a casino next door if you like to play the slot machines or are up for some poker and/or black jack.

The bathroom sink could have been a little cleaner.

The hotel was empty no staff no clients. Bad breckfast for a 5 star. No activity in the Holtel no restaurent .....

Outstanding hotel!

All staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb. Beds comfortable. Pool beautifully clean. We ate out at Origin and Italo - both served fantastic food. Thank you! What a find. Perfect for exploring The Alhambra by day and night!

Very good

Room was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and spoke good English.

Not enough chairs at the pool. Croisants etc. were not fresh at the breakfest.

Good

Nice place but dated and the true value wasnt there.

The hotel must have been amazing in its day but its dated and needs a lot of cosmetic work to get it back into form.

It was a bit run down. Being off season there were a lot of amenities that werent available.

It's a very nice looking hotel. The rooms and beds were very nice. The public areas were also nice

The hotel was virtually closed. It really shouldn't be accepting guests at this time. The bar, restaurant and other facilities were all closed. The staff were unhelpful and couldn't even provide an iron or a suggestion on where to eat. The town is absolutely dead at this time of year and no local restaurants opened until 8pm. The staff couldn't recommend anywhere within driving distance and seemed bored to tears
