Staff were excellent and friendly.

Breakfast was not 5 star quality. English breakfast was cold and poor produce. I would not have it as an option if not willing to raise the quality.

Excellent service, above and beyond. Loved all the little touches of turn down service, welcome snacks. Breakfast was also incredibly delicious. Decor also beautiful and well-appointed, though small.
